Through a combination of fine tuning sheep genetics, keeping detailed records of our pedigree and progeny, and sound farming practices, I believe we are producing a high performance Romney ram, that can compete at all levels with the natural attributes of the Perendale, the Texel, East Friesian or any Composite breeds.My goal is to deliver to you, the ram buyer, genetically superior rams, exhibiting those traits which most influence profitability and add value to your flock. The following is a breakdown of the individual farming practices, and traits I focus on to deliver a commercially sound and profitable Wairere King Romney ram to you:
Ultimately my objective is to provide commercial sheep farmers with a bloodline which will drastically improve the quality of your flock, and subsequently increase your financial returns.
